Unauthorized Parked Vehicles Warning Sign
Let those selfish car owner's that their car is their problem. And it'll have problems if they park here.
Sure it looks authentic. Using official DOT highway sign lettering will get you so far. Following through with what appear to be idle threats is where the real power comes in. That sort of vandalism isn't worthy of calling the cops, but will certainly fuck up their otherwise very busy day (since they were so busy they couldn't find legitimate parking in the first place!)
