I am happy to provide an Estimate for your project based on my experience with projected expenses. Please be aware that the cost of the project is largely dependent on the design and style decisions that you make as a homeowner. I will work closely with you on matching your tastes to your budget. Because of the drastically varying costs of materials and labor based on individual preferences, I typically work with a cost-plus contract.
Homeowners receive timely Project Reports throughout the project that detail money spent and outline upcoming major expenses. These reports, as well as our frequent communication, ensure that we stay as close as possible to the amount that you expect to spend.
