While we all want things to go back to normal, the science just doesn't make that possible. 2021 may still seem far away, but there simply is no way the COVID-19 crisis will be over by then, even in the best-case scenario. Nothing matters more than the health and safety of our employees and customers - without you, there's no us! Everyone's shopping habits have shifted almost overnight and all businesses are finding ways to meet the challenge. While we have always operated as a retail-facing business since 2005, we'd recently had to reconsider that we may never practice in-person transactions again.

With this in mind, we are no longer accepting job submissions in-person.

All digital conversion jobs must be submitted by U.S. Mail (or FedEx or UPS). We are still in business, this only affects how we expect conversion jobs are sent to us. We will consider re-offering in-person services once it's deemed safe. We still accept online orders on our websites, and you can use our downloadable order form to send in your order, with one caveat - keep reading.

Another long-term effect of this pandemic has undermined the benefits of city living, no matter how much we enjoy working here. We've been based in Center City since the start, and we still love (and live in) Philadelphia, but are forced to make extended plans to ensure the sustainability of our business over the next few years, as it seems the country may fall into a protracted recession. To start, we're sadly closing our center city retail office - we no longer benefit from this extra cost as a non-essential business. Beginning August 1st, 2020, our new shipping and operations address will be:

Under Design's Digital Conversion Services
5131 W. Girard Ave. Suite A
Philadelphia, PA 19131

We're thrilled to be on one of the major (and oldest) cross-streets of Philadelphia going from West Philadelphia all the way to Fishtown and beyond. We hope to be a part of the revitalization of the new business landscape in this section of Girard Avenue in the Carroll Park section of Philadelphia.

All of our websites (and an updated downloadable order form) will reflect our new business address starting August 1st. Until then, we are still expecting and receiving shipments at our current center city address, and have established mail forwarding after our move date in case of errantly shipped packages. We look forward to many more years of service to the Philadelphia area and beyond, and we thank you for your business so far.
